Professional NFC Reader with SAM Function
The ACR1252U-M1 is an NFC Forum–certified contactless reader (13.56 MHz) designed for computer connectivity.
It includes a SAM (Secure Access Module) slot, which enables key diversification and mutual authentication when used with a SAM card — enhancing the security of contactless transactions. The device also supports firmware upgrades after deployment, with no hardware modification required.

It operates in three NFC modes: reader/writer, card emulation, and peer-to-peer communication.
The reader supports cards compliant with ISO 14443 Type A and B, MIFARE®, FeliCa, and NFC tags following ISO 18092.
Data transfer speeds reach up to 424 kbps, and the read range can extend up to 50 mm, depending on the tag type.

Fully compliant with CCID and PC/SC, the ACR1252U-M1 is a plug-and-play device that integrates easily with various systems and applications. It’s ideal for interactive campaigns, loyalty programs, and proximity marketing solutions (e.g., smart posters).

The reader features a fixed 1.0 m USB Type-A cable, weighs approximately 81 g, and measures 9.8 × 6.5 × 1.28 cm (without packaging).
