Terms and conditions of delivery, returns, and complaints 

 1.  Orders are delivered personally to the Customer or at the Irish Dragon office or shipped via selected couriers An Post, DPD, GLS.

 2.  The choice of parcel operator is based on the dimensions and weight of the package.
Customers cannot choose the delivery
operator.

 3.  We offer three delivery methods:

  a).  Personal collection at the Irish Dragon office, 

  b).  at the Customer's place with travel costs included, 

  c) . Courier delivery.                 

 4.  Delivery costs are presented during the finalization of the order in the basket.

 5.  Presented transport costs include delivery only within the Republic of Ireland (ROI).

 6.  Transport costs abroad (outside ROI) are priced individually.

 7.  The current status of the shipment should be checked on the courier's website.

 8.  The consignment note number and courier information will be included in the email confirming the shipment from the Irish Dragon office.

 9.  A properly secured package is shipped using a courier company at a time agreed with the Customer.

10.  Upon delivery

  a)it is necessary to verify if the envelope has not been damaged or opened, 

  b).  The courier is obliged to wait for the customer to check the condition of the product, 

  c).  If damage to the envelope is found, the fact should be reported to the courier, who will create a complaint protocol. 

  d).  Only a protocol prepared upon delivery will guarantee a quick exchange of the product for a new and fault-free one.

11. The customer has the right to return the purchased Product within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with consumer law.

12.   To make a return, the Customer should notify their intentions: 

  a).  in writing to Irish Dragon, 3A Owenahincha Apt., Rosscarbery, P85 W322, Co Cork, 

  b).  by sending an email to orders@contric.com, the title of which contains the order number. The message should be sent from the email  address registered in the Store,

  c).  The product should be returned intact undamaged and unopened, in its original packaging, with all documentation and accessories. 

  d) . The customer is responsible for covering the costs associated with returning the product.

13.  The Irish Dragon undertakes to refund the paid amount for the purchased Product

  a).  within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return.

  b).  The refund will be made using the same payment method that the Customer used during the purchase unless the Customer explicitly agrees to a different method of refund.

  c).  The store reserves the right to refuse a return if the Product has been used, the SIM card data envelope has been tampered with, or the product shows signs of use or is damaged due to improper use.

14. The customer is fully responsible for the proper use of the Product and is obliged to comply with all regulations related to the given Product.

15.  In case of complaints about the Product, 

  a).  The Customer should contact the Irish Dragon customer service, providing a detailed description of the problem.

  b).  Contact is possible via the email address orders@contric.com

       In the email, the customer is obliged to provide the order number from the online store and send the email from the address registered in the store.

  c).  Complaints can also be submitted by post to:

  d).  Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of effective delivery of the complaint content to the company headquarters or to the indicated email address orders@contric.com.

16. Return terms do not apply to Products that have been customized or delivered on the Customer's special order.


The aim of these product return terms is to provide the Customer with clear and transparent guidelines regarding the product return procedure and to protect the consumer's rights regarding the return of the purchased goods.
