1. General Provisions
a). These terms and conditions define the rules of using the online store available at https://contric.com/en (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") and the conditions of selling electronic products, electronic signatures, and others (hereafter referred to as "Products").
b). The Store is operated by the company Irish Dragon Roman Zurowski registered in Ireland, 3A Owenahincha Apt., Rosscarbery, P85 W322, Co Cork, with VAT number: IE 3323731S, Business Name CRO Registration Number: 306789.
c). Using the Store and placing orders in the Store means accepting these terms and conditions.
d). To make purchases in the Store, one must have full capacity for legal actions.
e). The Store reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. These changes do not affect the rights acquired by Customers, including the conditions of orders placed before the date of introducing the changes.
2. Products
a). The Store offers the sale of electronic products and electronic signatures.
b). Descriptions and information about Products posted in the Store are accurate and consistent with reality to the best of our knowledge.
However, the Store is not responsible for any errors, outdated information, or changes made to improve product quality.
3. Orders
a). Orders in the Store can be placed using the order form available on the Store's website.
b). Placing an order is equivalent to concluding a sales contract between the Customer and the Store.
c). The Store reserves the right to refuse to process an order if there is no possibility of delivering the Product, faulty or incomplete data provided by the Customer, or in other justified cases.
d). After placing an order, the Customer will receive an order confirmation containing information about the ordered Products, price, delivery costs, and data necessary to process the order.
e). The Store takes all possible measures to ensure the availability of ordered Products, but does not guarantee full availability of all Products at all times. If it is impossible to execute the order in whole or in part, the Store will contact the Customer to determine further steps.
4. Delivery
a). Orders will be fulfilled within Ireland and, where specified, within the European Union and selected non-EU countries.
b). Product delivery takes place:
• in person at the location specified by the Customer
• in person at the Irish Dragon company office
• through selected transport companies such as An Post, DPD, GLS.
• via email for selected items.
c). Delivery costs are presented when placing an order and depend on the selected delivery method and delivery place.
d). The Store is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the transport company.
5. Returns and Complaints
a). The Customer has the right to return the Product within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, in accordance with consumer law regulations.
b). For products with remote Identity Verification using an activation voucher, the right of withdrawal from the concluded purchase agreement does not apply before the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period from the contract.

c). To make a return, the Customer should contact the Store's customer service and report their intentions. Instructions for the return will be provided to the Customer.
d). The Product should be returned in an undamaged state, in original packaging, with complete documentation, and accessories.
e). Costs associated with returning the Product are covered by the Customer unless the return concerns a faulty Product or inconsistencies with the order.
f). In case of complaints regarding the Product, the Customer should contact the Store's customer service, providing a detailed description of the problem. The Store will take all necessary steps to solve the claim issue.
6. Liability
a). The Store is not liable for damages resulting from the use of Products in a manner inconsistent with their purpose or violating applicable regulations.
b). The Store is not responsible for any disruptions in accessing the Store due to reasons beyond its control, such as technical failures, third-party actions, or force majeure.
7. Personal Data Protection
a) . The Store guarantees the protection of the personal data of Customers in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations. (GDPR)

8. Final Provisions

c) . Any disputes arising from the sales contract between the Store and the Customer will be settled by the court competent for the Store's seat.
d) . These terms and conditions come into effect on the day of their publication on the Store's website.
e). In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency, or ambiguity between the English and other language versions of these terms and conditions, the English version is decisive and binding. The English version takes precedence and forms the basis for interpretation and resolution of any disputes related to the use of the Service and making transactions within the Online Store. In the event of any inconsistencies or discrepancies between the English and other language versions, the content of the English version should always be referred to.
